Will my gift be delivered with a message?
Yes, when placing an order you will be given the option to include a message with your gift. You will be asked for your message during the checkout process.
Can I specify a day/date for delivery of my gift?
Yes, when placing an order you will be given the option to include a delivery day/date for your gift during the checkout process. Please note that if your requested delivery date is within 24 hours then an urgent/rush extra fee for delivery will be charged. Standard delivery timeframes are from 3-10 business days unless otherwise stated. (For example the locally woven hats require 2 weeks timeframe to custom-make).
Can I send a gift anonymously?
We respect the privacy of our customers. We will only disclose the contents of the message card to the recipient. If you do not include your name on the card (it can be left blank), the recipient will not know who the gift is from. If the recipient should contact us to enquire, please rest assured that will will not disclose your personal details and will explain that we can only disclose the contents of the customer specified message card.
Can I place an order for delivery some time in the future?
Yes, you can order up to 12 months in advance if you wish.
How much does delivery cost?
Product price listed on site includes free home delivery, creative gift wrapping and the local Norfolk Island Government GST of 12%. The GST amount will be itemised separately on your final invoice receipt.
Can I place my order over the telephone?
Yes, we can be reached on telephone (Int+6723) 22088 during regular business hours. If you don't reach us, please leave a message with your name and telephone number. We will respond to email and voicemail promptly.
How can I cancel my order?
We require a minimum notice period of 24 hours to cancel an order. During peak events however, such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc, we require at least 2 business days notice.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, Peach Season only delivers on Norfolk Island.
If I've forgotten a birthday on the day, can I order any gifts to be delivered on the same day?
If you let us know prior to 12noon on the day, we can arrange for a speedy delivery of a gift for you! This service only applies to a certain selection of gifts which can be delivered urgently. (Please see 'Last Minute Gifts' for gift choices available). A nominal extra delivery charge is applicable.
