Peach Season is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days unless otherwise stated beside item. Please indicate in your shopping cart order if a specific date/day of delivery is required. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or have been wrongly described on the website.

In a Hurry?

Same day delivery is possible for a certain collection of products if ordered before 12noon on the day. (A nominal extra service charge is applicable). Please see link 'Last Minute Gifts' for a choice of products available for urgent, same day delivery.
